WHY DO I HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT WHEN PURCHASING A SUBSCRIPTION?

Any purchase of a subscription on chezieyoga.com required the creation of an account. Once the subscription is purchased, your account will allow you to have access to all classed whenever you like. It also is the place you can go to manage your subscriptions, check purchase history and update your personal details. 

 

HOW MUCH IS THE SUBSCRIPTION AND HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?

The subscription is a flat rate cost of $20.00 AUD per month, which renews automatically at the end of each monthly period (30 days).

 

HOW DO I ACCESS MY CLASSES?

You need to be logged into your Chezie Yoga account to access your classes. You can access your classes at any time via the My Account page. You will see a button that says 'Access Classes'. This will take you to all the classes available in your subscription. Alternatively, an 'Access Classes' button is also on the homepage underneath the banner. 

 

WHY DOES IT SAY "ACCESS TO CLASS HAS EXPIRED"?

If you have decided to cancel your subscription or your monthly subscription payment has failed to process you may see this message when accessing your classes. All Chezie Yoga classes expire after 30 days of paying for your subscription. If you would like to regain access to your classes, please rectify payment issue or resubscribe.
